• Personal property placed in storage is NOT covered by Operator’s insurance (See contract details Item # 10).

• All rentals are monthly. Pre-paid rent will not be refunded at moveout.

• Maine Law provides that the Operator of a self-service storage facility automatically has a lien on all personal property stored within each leased space for rent. (See contract details Item #12).

• Rental rates are subject to annual increase. Tenants will be notified 30 days in advance of any rate changes.

• Move In/Account Set Up Fee: $10.00

• Late Payment Fee: 20% or $20 whichever is greater (per unit).

• Trash Cleanup/Removal: $100.00

• Sale/Lien Fee (Minimum): $25.00

• Returned Check Charge: $35.00
